For the foreseeable future, developers will still be needed. Even if AI can code, it is dependent on the instructions given to it to be solved. Ask it the wrong thing, and it will fail. Real developers will still be needed to amend and tweak code and to check that it does what is required.

@JonatanEdOrtiz

I’m preparing for iOS developer interviews and wanted to ask your opinion. Do real companies actually ask LeetCode-style algorithm questions in iOS interviews, or is it just something people recommend learning, even though companies don’t really test it?

Would you say it’s better to focus on architecture, design systems, concurrency, and networking, or should I still dedicate time to LeetCode?

I’d really appreciate your thoughts based on your experience. Thanks in advance!

Now we’re seeing some companies pausing hiring programmers because they are partnering with ai companies and going all in on ai

@Zzan369

Cross platform is the future . Very few hiring for native development . Over time it will fade away

Thanks for information

1 person needed for every 10 people

@weetuscren

I think we all know how easy it is to mess up code, and AI is struggling with how many fingers to put on a human hand? The future of programmers will be to search through AI generated code and figure out what went wrong and where. And I bet there will be a lot of that work.
