I will suggest using an abstraction and declarative style of programming by using function abstraction you can also add the script to /usr/bin PATH so you can call the scripts like a command from the CLI which you can then bind a key to in your text editor this allow you to also have one folder names plugins or whatever and then you sub group them to Terminal, Editor, Kitty also has key map features to increase or decrease the opacity and that's what I use ... Great video btw I picked up somethings from your scripts.
Can you send a `SIGHUP` signal using `kill` to the kitty process to get it to reload its config? You just need to query process table for the pid and use that as an argument to `kill`. Use `pgrep` or some combo of `ps` and `grep`.
Cool stuff! How did you make the transparency work in neovim? Also, are those kitty tabs on the bottom, or are you something else?
so i tried your dotfiles and apprently I'm too noob in the linux environment that my goal was to make my kitty terminal look like yours and I couldn't do you have a noob friendly on how to make the terminal look like yours ? i mean I don't have the colors nor the prompt and no idea how you open that thing that looks like a file browser and edit files by hitting enter. so in one word Help ?
