holy s*** i just had it build something, and it's pretty close to what i was thinking in my head. upvote for this tool. I'm not kidding
Thanks Greg. Always interesting to see you go through the product creation process. Awesome:hand-pink-waving::hand-pink-waving::hand-pink-waving:
Totally agree when you say the bar is now much higher than it was a few years ago. Back then, this would have been an amazing, groundbreaking product! Also loved the way you prompted the tool lol
Loving this show format, I'm about a dozen or so in. Thanks for sharing your ideas Greg 👏🏽
I liked this side by side and you trying things and refining them. Some vids are nice when they're already cut and its step by step whereas these are great to see the human process of prompting.I'm checking out your startup empire also.
Thanks for this demo/overview. I like how you point out that with the current products one has to know what they want to be able to ask for it(ie design terminology).
super insightful! never knew ai design tools were this advanced - definitely trying v0 now. thanks for testing these out!
Generating great UI is already possible with Replit and Cursor if you know how to write a decent prompt.
Great content, as a design student I am really enjoying this type of content as I am also interested in building my own products.
such a helpful video, great explaining! Thanks
Thanks! They both seem like great tools to explore potential new products, refine UX design, and compare with my current development apps for new/missing ideas.
Measure twice cut once. That is a phrase I will be using starting now!
The more episodes of your podcast I watch, the more I am convinced of the power of combining vibe coding with pair coding. In some episodes, you riff with a guest on how to improve a design. In others, you compare the results from using two tools. Both methods add to the results. I would be curious to see how effective two founders would be if each had a different range of familiarity with AI tools and each came from a different perspective on solving the problem.
The first prompt ourput was really good but the ux in general is improvable
Thanks for the comparison Greg. Would love more videos like this!
Building this right now. Started last week. Never heard of this until today. Have receipts. Wow. This of crazy.
Really liking this channel!
Love the video! Buuuuut.... you've overlooked a key detail differentiating v0 and Polymet. Polymet has a 6000 character limit when describing your project to their agent. v0 does not. I was able to paste a detailed UI/UX design guide into v0 for a product i am building, as well as user flow & page interaction descriptions, to get my prototype as accurate as possible. This is simply not possible yet with Polymet.
Great video Greg! I have just started prototyping for a project and tried a few tools like Bolt, and found it lacking for some of the design and prototyping elements I was looking for. This may be what I am looking for. I love the upload of your design feature! Always great content!
