@HybridCalisthenics

I was a bit under the weather while making this video, so if my speech sounds bit different, that's why!

I hope you all are doing well. Love you all!

@donaca.t

I haven’t seen one of your videos in a bit, but every time I see you I just get a bit happier. Your positivity is amazing and I appreciate you so much :)

So glad I saw this! Shoulder pain has started since my new desk job

@--Harley

Had shoulder pain for 2 years and had lots of physiotherapy and nothing was helping, I bought the book and followed the protocol and within a few days I could feel the pain was dissipating and within about 4 weeks the pain is 100% gone.... this freaking works!

EDIT: The name of the book is: Shoulder Pain, The Solution & prevention , written by orthopedic surgeon Dr. John m. Kirsch

@petercollinson8039

Clear, concise and supported by a professional. Wish there was more content out there like this.

@rmglover3191

Worked for me. I saw his recommendation a few months back for pain i was having between my shoulder blades and started hanging from my pull up bar in a type of modified vertical upward facing dog position. That and hugging a large pillow while side sleeping completely eliminated that pain between my shoulder blades. Even returned me back to a few pull-ups

"Hanging can cure upto 99% of shoulder pain"

@Dulcess

You can also grab on the top of the door frame and pull if your shorter, you can't lift you weight on it but it can help alleviate the pain. I've done it before and it helped me.

@muhwyndham

Wow this kinda blows my mind. I used to do pull up a bunch in my High school days and my back never had a problem. Once I enter college and work, I never do pull up again and often times got back issue. Seems like I need to start doing this again!

@Neha_Tiwarii

It is 100% true. Whenever I have shoulder pain, this is my go to thing to do

@theoneandonly4577

I just did this today. Along with a few other exercises for impingement and I have already felt the difference. It works. Thank you.

@akai5550

I like how wholesome all his content is 👍💪

@SwingingPplikeHelicopter

It’s a great stretch. Especially since it can stretch so many muscles & important structures at the same time. It’s a time saver too for those looking for an all around stretch for the upper back & shoulders. Biceps too.

@Bennyboi69

Love this! I have been having pretty severe shoulder pain lately, mostly due to not being physically active for a while and am now much more active, and can’t wait to try this!

@tonylom3249

Hanging is the best especially incorporating some scapula pulls with it. I’ve done all types of mobility exercises for my shoulder and nothing came close to relieving my shoulder pain and strengthening it at same time would 100% agree with this. Mans knows his shit

@H.P.Blavatsky

I really appreciate your videos. You made one a while back about exercising while in pain and it motivated me to try it sort of gave me the confidence to push myself through my plantar fasciitis which was pretty bad and now I’m finding out that the harder I work at work the easier it is that when I get home the pain isn’t as bad which is weird. So thanks a whole bunch now I can enjoy my weekends again.

@cesarcesar5129

My shoulder has been bothering me since I started bench and shoulder pressing again. Searched videos about shoulder pain. Clicked this one first. Watched it then went and hung for 3 minutes total. Shoulder doesn’t hurt any more. Going to do this every day now. Thanks!

@gkieninger6567

Definitely agree and prescribe this to clients. Excellent strength builder prerequisite for overall pull-up strength is dead hanging for time.

@blinkbones3236

I'll have to try that when I get access to a bar. One of my shoulders just seems chronically inflamed/rusty (i have no reason to believe it's an injury--my joints are kind of like that in general). while the movement and stretching i've been doing helps a little, it rarely makes the pain go away. if you ever do a video on shoulder stretches/mobility exercises, i'll be very hpapy to watch it. thank you for the work that you do.

@Ram-gu4dd

My shoulder pain went away last week and I find this masterpiece today :|
