I got the background verification mail from Wipro on 12th May, but I’m getting this error: “Candidate information does not exist. Please contact the technical team for assistance.” Is anyone else facing the same issue? Please help if you found a solution.

Bro i got an email today(23.05.25) for verfication check . When i signup on wipro embark , there is an issues says .. please use your primary registered email id . I dont remember my registered email id . How to change my current email id from registered one?

I received the BGV email twice, about four weeks ago, but neither of them is working. It shows an error saying something like 'use primary email ID'. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know. Also, if anyone gets any updates regarding this, kindly inform me.
