I've heard about this 'gaming' approach to rewards. Like in games if you kill a boss you get a better sword to kill a bigger boss. So you get something that will allow you to improve your progress in this area. Taking this into account, an appropriate reward for investing consistently and with discipline would be a better MacBook or a new car - something that would allow you to make your investing more effective or joyful, or at least something to encourage you to work harder

As a medico I have worked more than him. But paid the least (30 k per month, worked 7 days/week, 14hrs/day). Once I've worked without even one drop of water and didn't pee for 14 hours. That's when I lost my mind. What did I do? I went to work the next day as if nothing happened. Cause of poverty ( yeah doctors can be poor too) and being the least in the food chain, no one cares if one of us dies. I know I'll be in a better place 10 years from now...but watching this video... Just brought back memories of my days of slavery..

Watching this to keep me motivated enough to continue in the venture I started 3 years ago. I have put my blood, sweat and tears into it. I love to continue with this venture. So far I have not seen the results. I have lost all my savings and currently in negative. Don't want to let go. Thanks Elon. Got inspired to go on for, maybe couple of more weeks.
