@Kiera_1987

Name and shame! We're not talking about a handbag you ordered, it was live animals. Absolutely disgusting business

@TheSilverSphincter69

When it comes to stuff like this, the company deserves to have their name blasted on the web and be forced out of business. People need to know who not to buy from. Those poor animals don't deserve to be treated that way because of ego

@Lupus2008

If any seller has comments turned off on Facebook or tiktok i would recommend do not buy from them. there is a reason there comments are off and its not a good one normally

@Jade-dj9qu

Imagine passing away needlessly from trauma, dehydration and parts of your body smashed to a wall? This isn’t even about trying not to be a Karen, these aren’t Amazon packages they are living creatures. Please let us know who the sellers are

@GoForACashew

kat, i work in customer service. the emails they sent to you were disgusting. you'd get your ass FIRED the second the boss found out who said a smart-ass comment like "Why didn't you read the ad?" don't beat yourself up - you weren't rude or jumping down anyone's throats. whoever was answering those emails needs to go to fucking therapy.

@prissilou

Shipping policies aside, the main focus should be the welfare of the animals, and I would agree the packaging was unacceptable. Poor little frog!

@Catpwngoat

Frog ranch is the name…. Don’t purchase from them.

@CaitlintheCasual

Half of the shipping headache would have been avoided if they just read your message mentioning FedEx and then said "oh, you must have missed it in our ad, we don't ship FedEx. Is it ok if we ship UPS to your house" or something like that. Definitely some lack of communication on their end. It also is a shame the frog was so poorly packaged and didn't make it, poor lil dude

@TuffTatertot

Dude I work in a call center and people overlook details in ads all the time, it's up to the business to let the customer know a detail was overlooked and come to a resolution professionally, it's what we're paid for...

@heatherwallaert5165

It's honestly really sad to see those poor frogs were shipped in containers with no care given to them whatsoever. I follow a bunch of reptile youtubers and other people on this platform and whenever they send anything out they always do everything they can for the animal's safety and well-being, so seeing that was a bit of a shock. I hope the ones that are alive continue to thrive, would love more frog content!

@tonimarquis6565

Kaaat Noooo don't apologise to them!!! Too polite when they didnt give you the same treatment 😢
They're totally gaslighting you. With live animals of course you'll be anxious!!!
I'm so sorry this happened to you and your frogs.

@nettiegurl

NOPE. DON'T apologize. YOU didn't nothing wrong. It was THEIR garbage 'customer service' who not only did YOU wrong, but killed a perfectly innocence otherwise HEALTHY creature via negligence.

@aundriachaboya-bc5es

Kat I used to worked for said company and I personally would NEVER and I’ll say that again NEVER use said company. They do not value their employees. There is favoritism rather than seniority and worst of all. They only care about their numbers and not your packages therefore, ALL PACKAGES regardless of what is stated on the outside of the package ARE THROWN, TOSSED ONTO A CONVEYOR BELT AND THEN INTO A TRUCK.

@amber.lovely

I feel like the first message you sent including information about Fedex should have immediately resulted in them pointing out their shipping policy and working out an alternative plan. Its insane to me that they shipped through UPS after that and you didn't even know until asking them for the FedEx tracking number.

@Mandy7D7

The way the frog was packaged killed it. There is no excuse for that and has nothing to do with whether or not Kat read the add properly. They should care about how they are packaging AND how they themselves are sending these live animals. UPS is unacceptable and again their choice and has nothing to do with reading the add.

@9sheri9

I don't like to think of any creature having to suffer, and the amount of trauma the poor little guy went through breaks my heart. Fly high, little froggy guy. 🥺🕊

@sandpiperr

Okay no, Kat!
Get your money back for the one frog and stop apologizing. Don't let them gaslight you into feeling like you were being rude when they were the ones being rude.

@Qurisx

I had a very similar situation with a seller on Morphmarket. I had ordered Millipedes. They didn't ship as we agreed, a nearly smoothed box arrived. It was a nightmare. All they did was blame shipping and offered to refund for any deaths. Zero remorse. I immediately reported them to Morphmarket and blocked them. Its kind of heart breaking.

@Threatlevelmargar

I have parrots, and this reminds me of every story I've heard from parrot owners who took their bird to a vet, found that the vet was negligent and responsible for the death of their bird (found through necropsy), and the vet still blamed the owner about them not doing enough. Happens all the time. We need more rights for animals, even the small ones. ❤️ Shameful. These are living beings.

@njalthemighty5378

Didn't seem like you were jumping down throats, you just sounded concerned. And the responses they were giving were chat gpt level stupid, they would frustrate the most patient. So sorry for your loss too. ❤
