My split is 4 day and its Pull/legs hamstring focus Push/biceps Legs/full body 1 chest and 1 back exercise Arms/weak points So this hits all the muscles 2 times a weak without having to do 7 exercises in one session
Legs and Abs are bold on the same day ๐
I like this ๐ I came up with my own 4 days split consisting of Push, Pull, Legs, Shoulders and Traps (I do 1-2 abs workouts every day)
day 1:- chest & front and mid shoulder day 2:- back and rear delt day 3:- arm & forearm day 4:- leg & abs ๐ธmy favorite which split i follow
Bro gave me some motivation to do little home workout, gonna go till failure, thank you a lot!
Personally I'd change day 3 to another push day and move legs to back day and abs to push day then hit back again on arm day

Legs once a week isnโt enough to hit all 4 main muscles in the lower body. Quads, calves, glutes, hammies. Calves need at least 2-3x per week and 15-20 sets per week to grow.
I just started going and my split has been this Day 1: Shoulders and Arms Day 2: Legs Day 3: chest + abs Day 4: back Very basic until I get past the soreness and find my footing in the gym
Workout 1: chest, shoulders, triceps Workout 2: legs, lats, biceps Workout 3: chest, shoulders, triceps Workout 4: legs, mid/upper back, biceps
