Thanks for the info. I got injured at a Walmart had concussion, herniated discs, and pinched nerve. I have been off work for nearly a year. Walmart has admitted responsibility to my lawyer. My lawyer cannot give me a number of what i should be suing for until doctor releases me fully. I just wish that i had some kind of ballpark idea of what i should be looking at to know if my lawyer is going for the correct amount.

So I'm in Walmart right? I hear a noise and someone in pain. Yes, I go to look at fans and a box fan from the top shelf fell on someone. A woman with a guy tending to her wound. Are you alright says one of the store employees, a few employees had gathered at this point. The man says "no, she is not alright" while tilting her head back to see the damage. At that point I could see that I was about to get the blame for throwing the fan at her and left the store. As I drove away a ambulance stopped in the fire lane.

so my friend slipped in the big supermarket in california as they left a cart dripping water in the aisle, and he had knee surgery and many other treatments, which generated a medical bill of $178,000.00 and that lasted over a year in treatments, however the lawyer already sent the demand, but did not inform the amount to my friend, the question is these: 1- is the lawyer obliged to mention the requested amount? 2- What would be the approximate amount to receive? 3- Should I be suspicious of the lawyer and how can I be sure that he will really send me the amount that the insurance company paid? 4- The value in this case is multiplied by how much of the value of the medical bills? he is concerned because he signed a document giving the lawyer full rights to negotiate on his behalf. could you clarify me? thanks

I was just injured at a South Carolina store and was told that walmart wasn't liable. Mosquito repellent got in my eye. It was opened. I have pics and also 2 witnesses. The adjuster told me they don't have a camera in that area to see if it got in my eye. He told me I should have put the repellent bk on the shelf and left it there...UNBELIEVABLE. this just happened 2 weeks ago.

Question. In a slip and fall injury WalMart insurance limit is 15million? Example a client could ask for up to 15 million settlement in a serious injury case, I thought it was 1 million and 1 million umbrella protection..

It is a conflict of interest for your employers , to own their own claims department , Attorney's and Doctors, they should half to follow the rule of law like other emoloyers, they shouldn't be able to decide , what you should recieve if your injured. No Job Employer should have the right to refuse to pay you , if your injured on the job or your disabled for working for them.

I slipped on an open bag of frozen peas at the supermarket. I was going to find ingredients for glorified rice and ended up all banged up. I was completely discombobulated. A man shopping ran over and helped me up. I’m all black and blue and the whole ball of wax, but I’ll live. Be careful in the supermarket.

I was injured at Walmart in Mountain View Sept 2022. I had a fractured rib, hit head on floor and a concussion nd severely bruised tail bone. Because I did not loose my life, was maimed or have a long lasting pain and suffering. The Barnes firm just got now a big offer for my horrific shock and pin and suffering 8k!!! Is this justice???
