When I get up, the first thing I do is say "Good morning Jesus"
Wow. This video is INCREDIBLE. I've been watching you for years but had no idea you has such amazing knowledge about habits! You're so kind, wise, and inspirational! Thank you for this video !!!
Yours is genuinely the only video that has helped me get out of my rut. No hate to others but advice like asking friends or family for help really doesn't make it any better, they're just as clueless as me. The perfection one really hits home. I often spend so much energy on planning how to do something that I have none left to actually do anything.
I‘ve been in a slump for over a week now. I have so many things that needed to get done, but i was so overwhelmed that I ended up doing nothing. One thing that helped me was actually listening to your video. This alone motivated me so much that I could finish all the tasks🥰
Really needed this video ALOT!, I've been blaming myself for not starting like you, Gigi, exactly as you were. As a person who has ADHD - not officially diagnosed but I'm pretty sure I have it - really felt paralyzed in a loop of procrastinating and regretting ,When your first advice was to stop negative talk, that was exactly what I needed!!!, to stop blaming myself and regretting and crying over spilled milk. Negative emotions, especially regret, made me escape through procrastination and scrolling online, it exhausted me so much. Thank you so much for this video, Gigi, it was really helpful & inspiring 🥺❤❤
idk what it is about these videos but even watching for 5 minutes makes me want to get up and do stuff😊
I love your editing, it‘s soo aesthetic!🥰✨🧸
tip - if u just cant do nothing then watch yt while getting things done, like watch cooking vids while getting things done and study vlogs while studying ,TRUST MEEE
Such a helpful video! This year I really stepped out of my comfort zone with hobbies and I am proud of myself.
This is the first one of these videos ive seen that has really inspired me! I’m Autistic + Adhd and trying to recover from years of burnout. Thank for the incredible advice 🫶
Omg girlll clicked on the vid bc it sounded like something I needed right now but it delivered so much more. Recently diagnosed w ADHD in 3rd year of college so I relate to so much of what you struggle with, and when you said that it’s not laziness and you don’t like the word lazy — major green flag right there. Although I’ve heard all these tips before, hearing them from you just felt like a hug❤ Also LOVE the aesthetic, felt like watching a Wes Anderson film or something haha. And the podcast thing— I must always be listening to a podcast or else I’m not productive, but I never thought about it that way, that it forces me to be off my phone, but so true.
I've watched a ton of these " Getting back" u were the most positive soul and quiet impacting 💞💞
this video was so comforting/helpful, thank you 🧸❤
thank u girl. watching this somehow makes me fell like I am not alone💞
as soon as I clicked on the video it spoke to me. Everything you mentioned in the intro was totally what I was doing and this has helped me so much💗 thank you for your advice and kindness. (and the video was super cute too!!)
oh my god...those are some actually really logical and just realistic tips ive heard ❤
Finally I found someone doing this kind of content that has adhd 😭
i really needed this, love u so much gigi🫶🏻🧸
When I like have to clean my room I set a timer for 10 to 20 minutes and if I’m not done cleaning I would set another timer for ten minutes scrolling on motivational videos (like this one!! ❤)
