I find this floor-seating style so interesting—I can never get comfortable on the floor and always need some back support. With chairs like the IKEA Markus or Herman Miller Aeron around, these cushions and stools feel really novel to me. But don’t get me wrong, I have infinite respect for this setup!

I appreciate the thought that goes into your work space. Most of us just throw together random items purchased different times. Where I work, I get what they give me. However, if you are going to spend so many hours of your day doing desk work, it should be well thought out. Do you ever have to play rock, paper, scissors for the moon ball?

You should try the "command position" as opposed to facing the wall and exposing your back. It's a game changer and "healthier"

Different side of the same coin here. I use a glass mouse mat, magnesium mouse, alluminum keyboard with ceramic keycaps, etc.
