I've watched all the videos of this series and they're absolutely tremendous. Thank you so much for this!
You rock Jay! This is the kind of stuff that keeps me hooked on this channel. I have soo much to learn and you are THE guy out there doing the teaching.
I am a green developer, I'm enjoying Linux, I think it is so good to use it. Ansible is a tough challenge for me but by watching your videos I won't have any issues
Other than "provision servers" you really didn't give an absolute beginner an idea of what Ansible CAN do - I do hope you show its capabilities throughout the series, thanks!
And here I am, beginning another trip. I listened to your presentation on the home lab podcast. Thanks for this very thorough series for those of us getting on the wheel.
Hello Jay, and thank you for doing this. Not only this one about Ansible, but all the other ones you give us for free! Appreciate it much! 🤝 As an old Windows dude I recently started learning Linux, Software Development and Devops stuff. Your channel is utterly helpful for this task. I'm looking forward to see much more of your tutorials and videos. Have a good time and be blessed, sir.
I've been looking for a course like this for a few days. I think I finally found it! thank you very much
You are awesome... I can not thank you enough for these wonderful lectures...
Thank you for taking the time to make this Ansible video course.
perfect timing I needed this for my job
Very excited to start learning Ansible from this series. I need it pretty badly to manage our environment. Thanks !!. Mat.
been waiting for this Ansible tutorial from you.. can wait.. thanks
years late past pub date but: small, minor thing: "configure" is not "provision" (proviso: "for the most part" @ 1:52) "provision" is cobbler, MAAS, terraform, ks (kickstart) & similar from there (cloud-init -- not necessary but useful) then config (ansible)
It's been about 3 years since your Personal Ansible Desktop Configs tutorial I would like to see a version 2 and how your knowledge of Ansible has evolved, what is it?
Thanks Jay! I'm really looking forward to this series. I've dabbled with Ansible before, but never really got to the proficient stage with it.
Thanks Jay.. I've really learnt a lot on your channel..I'm grateful for the quality content you give out here..I actually learnt everything about Linux here and I'm really comfortable using Linux now coming from the work of windows.. but then I started setting up VPSs and deploying applications for businesses and in a quest for having a lot more comfortable sys-Admin tool, I got to know about webmin-Virtualmin... I easily set this up on any VPS and get everything working but the biggest hitch is the Postfix mail server, it never sends or receive emails, so I really do wish you could do a series on webmin-Virtualmin and how to get Postfix functional on it...Thanks a million Jay..
Love the things you have in the background
Also, it would be great if you explain how you went about figuring out Ansible. After all you can explain Ansible ... but it would be great if you also explained HOW you figured Ansible out. (feed a man a fish or teach a man to fish :) )
I'm really looking forward to this tutorial. It‘s going to be great...
