Theres also a discharge he didnt tell us about. And the differances between the electrolytic like in video and the other types like the ceramic etc. And also these plates have a type of oil and plastic layer and paper layer which acts as insulation between the plates so they dont short circuit. I most say super capacitors are cool also.
