@aquateavillalon

I really liked this video, I often found myself nodding along with what you were saying. I have been quite lost on what to focus on and what to do in order to improve my life but this video gave me a sense of direction to follow. Great video!! Keep up the good work!!

@s3al746

for timestamps you need the first to be 00:00, if not the chapters will not be added onto the actual video. love the effort and organisation of content โค been on a multi-day journey organising my spaces at home haha this recommendation was timely

@DrDandyyy

Environment
- clean
- make it easily accessible
- make it pleasant to be in
Calendar - upgrade your agenda
Brain Dump - write out stresses in your journal and forget about it
freeing up work frees up mental space
Go all in on one thing we want to focus on.
hammer goals into your head and see them everyday, while also ridding yourself of dopaminic crave from expectations, stretch across a "season"
Define action.

Thank you for not putting annoying music in the background! Nice content!

@rebekahcranwell6421

There's a fundamental problem with this though. When your firsr season ends you then repeat the process with another category of your wheel of life. Even though the other categories are maintained while you are focusing on one, the last category on your wheel will only have been maintained for say six months. So for example your health will be maintained but not optimal for maybe 6 months out of 7 (I can't see the wheel so don't recall how many categories). If your health is optimised for the one month out of 7 that you are focussing on it it won't be enough to sustain optimal health. So at best your categories will constantly ebb and flow, none of them optimal for the majority of the time.

These all makes so much sense, it's clearing my brain fog!

@Patatadelahuerta

This is great! I was actually watching and realizing how I do many of these things regularly, but wasn't aware. I need to have a clean area or space to be able to think properly, I need a calendar per month on my fridge (where I write main events) and I carry a notebook with me where I have a list of pending tasks (similar to your brain dump) and each day prioritize one or two. I get stuck in steps 4 and 5, which I guess are trickier, but intuitively I have been telling myself that now that I have a secure job and I am happy with it, I should focus on my physical health, going to the gym, etc., and I guess that's similar to your steps 6 and 7. Thank you for the video, I was great to watch and I've taken a few notes to apply in the future :)

@saramarija21

Love, get rid of the chaos. I just moved to a new country and everyone is telling me to focus on work, but I can't find my shoes and it's horrible to wake up to. ๐Ÿ˜‚

@aroonav5628

I agree! "how you do one thing is how you do everything!" its crazy but true

@mortalivmnobilitas5169

This video was really amazing, it changed my point of view about how to channel my energy without feeling guilty about focusing only in one aspect at a time as it was a choice. It came in a much needed time. Thank you!

@joshuaduca5527

this could be also helpful for the adolescents and young adults to organize their life and avoid distractions
