You are a blessing. I get excited about cooking after watching your videos. It's just the motivation I need.

@thefrugallife

These look great! I just ate your mushroom spinach egg bites this morning and am glad to have doubled it for meal prep this week. So tasty. Can’t wait to make these chickpea patties

Smashing recipes with a real cook in a realistic kitchen. Thank you !

I made the Hawaiian Meatballs tonight and I'm pretty sure that they are the best thing I have ever made ever! I did cut up pineapple and baked them in along with the meatballs, sauce, and peppers. I also served it with cauli rice that I roasted with more of the cut up pineapple, parsley, cumin, salt, and pep, avocado oil and grated ginger. I will be making this often!!!!

@MyCricket97

I’m excited to tell you I tried the Meatballs with Peppers and Broccoli and everyone in my family loved it!! I added pineapple chunks to the dish and we all liked them. Thank you, Elizabeth. 😊

@laurenpool8367

Made the sauteed greens for dinner tonight, and they were fantastic. The kale turned out perfectly toothsome, not tough at all. Thank you!!

@MarceChaparro-x3q

Thank you for sharing the name of the ingredients when you cooking, the pine leaves you have in vase are real that looks pretty.

Your channel is growing because of your excellent videos and recipes with common, but healthy foods.

I really love your recipes. Do you know that the one you made with chickpeas is almost falafel recipe 😊. We make it with chickpeas, onion (quarter and onion for the quantity you made) a clove of garlic and parsley, adding a bit of green coriander is tasty with it as well. Then for spices we add cumin, dried coriander and salt, i also add some sesame seeds inside for a great flavour. Usually we dee fry them but there is a special mold for frying falafel because they need to be pressed a bit to reserve their shape and not turn into crumbs when fried. We can eat it with tahini mixed with some lemon salt cumin and a bit of water to reach like a crepe consistency. Or you can roll it into a sandwich by putting some hummus on a flat bread then falafel, tomato , pickles, tahini and a sprinkle of sumac, fresh mint taste great with it as well. The drink next to it us black tea with a leaf or two of mint in the cup and sugar to taste. It’s an authentic Palestinian recipe 😊

Loving these meals! I’m recently eating meat again after being meat-free for around 6 years and learning how to cook with meat has been kind of fun and interesting so far.

@caitfulgham8349

Just made the Hawaiian meatballs for my Hubby and parents that came into town today. Big hit! Thanks sis

@amypeckham

Great ideas. I bet as an extension of your chick pea burgers you could add some lemon juice, garlic and tahini and have Hummus burgers. Love your channel.

@dianebliquez4852

I love your videos and am inspired by you to take on the new year with more greens and trying more of your suggestions! Merry Christmas from Beavercreek Oregon!

@dianehall5345

Hello from our family farm in New Hampshire. New to your channel.Your approach to food is refreshing. I am on a strict post surgical diet for my pancreas heath. You have offered much of what I can have, some with slight modificatios. I use 99% fat free ground turkey to make my meat balls. Off red meat, so your slow cooked chicken looked divine! I will look through your recipes for fish and seafood ideas as well. Thank you for your suggestions. I'm encouraged to eat "lightly steamed" veggies. Happy New Year and I look forward to following your channel ~ Diane

@rhondac5452

Love the addition of spinach with the kale! We fry the kale and add sesame seeds at the end.

@genevievelynn737

Recently found your channel and I am LOVING it! ❤

@caseybee123

Love your videos!! You make healthy food look so good.
Do you ever go out for date night? Or just out to eat ever? If yes, can you show us what you might eat when you don’t eat at home?

Thanks and happy new year

@vegemitegirl1971

I love kale and other leafy greens. Sadly husband doesn't but he doesn't know that I add them to many things. I have a small amount of kale and spinach growing all year round. When I get an excess, that excess is dehydrated and then powdered. Dehydrated, powdered greens can be added to so many different meals this way.

@arose5682

I made those amazing meatballs and oh my!! My husband and I licked our plates lol... Thanks so much for the recipe and helping this house have some amazing gluten free recipes. This one is going on rotation.
