They nerfed the hell out of Jeff, he now has 3 bullets before needing to reload and only has three bubbles, they are trying to force him to heal bot Edit: They also made his bubbles no longer do burst damage, his joyful splash does damage now, but is completely negated by the fact that his healing per second went from 150 hp to 100 But by far the most egregious thing is that he now has an 8 second cooldown on diving underwater, and can only stay underwater for 5 seconds

They completely gutted Jeff. His changes take away his ability to effectively heal his team and defend himself. I understand maybe nerfing his survivability via changing his swim, but it was honestly not that bad if you just focused him.
