Uncle Bob, didn’t see color, he saw a child who needed help immediately .. God bless Uncle Bob !

@JoKarkinos

“I talked to him the other day”. That’s the part that got me in tears. He stayed in touch with that officer, talks about him and to him as if they’re best lifelong friends and I honestly believe it.

@Mattt4314

I’m a cop and this just sings out to me. I’ve 29 years service and I’ve never differentiated. A human is a human, a soul is a soul. Everyone is someone’s loved one and everyone, EVERYONE, should be loved. No matter what they look like or where they come from.

Being alive is important. Keeping someone else alive is better.

Merry Christmas all of you. Sounds like Uncle Bob was a good guy.

@hankmoody6996

Uncle bob is the reason wayne refuses to be a part of anything that separates them by color from this moment alone

@headleygrange6205

I love how grateful and humbled he is everytime he tells this story

@tortillasarenotbiceps

"I don't know what racism is." -- Lil Wayne.

@JohnnyFromVirginia

Damn Bob way to change the entire rap game without even knowing it at the time.

@dritonaliu5611

“ and uncle BoB was white as snow”- Lil Wayne.

@sandranewkirk6290

God sent uncle Bob to save little Wayne, and for Wayne to praise he while getting his award is amazing 😍

@missviolet3079

I've heard him talk about this so many times, so you know how grateful, and how much love he must genuinely have for that man, especially considering that they are still in touch

@terrywbreedlove

How many times have we heard him tell this. And it still hits you in the feels. ❤

@Livewire1980

I love that Wayne is proud this story and continues to share it.

@marjoryrainey73

I love the way lil Wayne appreciates uncle Bob with his whole heart!

@Shannon606

Gets me in my heart everytime he talks about it. He is so grateful to be alive and that someone saved his life because he was a child who deserved to live!Thank you , Uncle Bob!

@CrownedOne919

Uncle Bob and Wayne are the exact classic personal example of LOVE IS A CHAIN REACTION WAITING TO HAPPEN. THAT Uncle Bob carrying enough to pick that child Wayne up off the floor and take him PERSONALLY to the hospital to SEE TO IT that he made it ALIVE is not only BEYOND words, but it's beyond PRICELESS.

RIP Uncle Bob... YOUR work is PRICELESSLY living on thru Wayne.

@kellyclawson

Rest In Peace, Uncle Bob 😇 (he passed away not too long ago)

@tensia9508

You can tell that Uncle Bob is someone Lil Wayne loves and respect!!

@yaphehhairskin-shiphrah4498
