Finally!!! I've been so sick of the arguments of "Stop learning to code!" That it's refreshing to finally see someone say the opposite.
W guy First ceo that talks real and knows reality
guys remember , the only ones saying you should stop learning code are the ones selling you AI like Meta CEO and NVIDIA CEO and all of the others
Coding was not about the language, it was about the logic and the way of thinking developed from it, which will not only be applied in programming itself but aspects of technology, engineering, math or science and so on!
Finally. I was fed up with hearing "Stop learning how to code" Thank you Mr. CEO.
Finally someone not saying u shouldnt learn to code and let AI take ur job. Amazing talk
All my german computer science professors at university are just as intense and passionate about technology as this guy.
Programming is widely used through the entire IT field as its not limited to software development. I work in IT myself thats not a Software Developer as i do a lot of scripting and automation in powershell, bash and python. DevOps Engineers, Sysadmins, Network Engineers, Cloud Engineers and many Cyber Security professionals do a lot of automation via scripting and IaC.
I don't get why people view get rich quick channels But not Quality content Channels like these
I love that he gleefully introduced himself as a developer, vs proudly as a CEO. What a gem
No one is telling us to stop writing, or to stop making art, or music. For some reason coding has become this little black sheep that AI will obviate. When you know even a little bit of programming you gain the ability to reason in a way that changes you for the better. It’s a tremendous skill whose masters have changed the world. AI can help you but it can never replace you.
This CEO is smart. I like his submission 🙏🏾
“What comes with love is you are not holding back the criticism” - blew my mind
Coding helps you understand logic, processes, and data structure. These ideas are helpful for so many things. Want to build a business? Code or not, you're going to need each of those 3 things.
Most sympathic CEO i have ever seen!
Programming is not a skill but an art ❤
Start with analog electronics, then digital electronics, then look at an old 8 or 16 bit microprocessor registers and instruction set, then learn an assembly language in an assembler, then learn C, then learn typescript and JavaScript then learn a language VM, then Python, then learn calculus, then do the MIT neural network course, ….
Thomas Dohmke, the CEO of GitHub, and Linus Torvalds, the creator of Linux, are actually professionals who understand that software development is more than just coding.
Finally, someone from the higher-ups is speaking common sense not like other puny CEO
