There are apps for your phone that can receive those call-signs in real time. Saw one in action, the person using it showed how planes entering airspace around Gitmo would regularly disappear and then reappear with some of their data changed but not all of it. Was strange but took a lot of time and patience to use in that way. Not aware of any that broadcast though.
