@dancingcatqueen

Amazing! I had slipped ribs a lot in HS and doctors never gave me advice just pain meds. Had one slip tonight and was subjecting myself to hours of pain and then found this video. Didn't get a pop but felt better after stretching. Then when I went to lay back down I felt the pop. Amazing and I can breathe again. Thank you!!

@arababe24

Thank you SO much. Iโ€™ve had nagging flank/rib pain for 4 yrs! So many chiro visits, no long term relief. On the first try I heard a small crack, and immediately felt better. Canโ€™t believe it was this simple all along. THANK YOU DOC!

Made the pain go away literally in seconds. Thank you for this fabulous excercise. If only I knew how to prevent it from flaring it again and again.

I honestly can't even believe how quick and easy this stretch was. It helped me so much to where I only have a minimal amount of pain now! I felt a crack in my back rib with just the first part of the stretch and jumped up in so much excitement to tell my husband how almost pain free I feel!! I had been suffering for years thinking ๐Ÿค” "this is it, this is just how my life is gonna be. So I better just learn to accept it".. At least 14 years of this. And as time went on, it was only getting worse and more frequent pain and slipping. Thank you thank you thank you ๐Ÿ˜Œ!!!

@HeroicNoobOfGaming

FINALLY the rib popped into place. I was having pain for weeks! Thanks a lot!

@parkerhudson2975

This helped fix a years long tight muscle which was protecting an old rib injury. Nothing else worked. Thank you

@TrustTitanXPlan

So i started the other morning out sneezing and may have dislocated a rib which then made breathing into my left lung quite painful and difficult. Did this once all pain left and now have full range of motion. Thank you brother the light in me honors the light in you ๐Ÿ˜ŠNamaste

@DG52343

I've had lower right rib pain for the past 9 months, and unfortunately, doctors, chiropractors, and even physical therapy did not help me. With this simple exercise, It gave me some relief from pain. Thank you. I will finally see a slipping rib syndrome doc in less than 2 weeks. ๐Ÿ˜Š

@scottytownsend638

Wow that's amazing! Literally 30 seconds and pain is gone. Thanks so much!

@ronzydcool2

That was really helpful! No crack but definitely slightly painful release. Thank you so much. Been dealing with this for more than 4 years now and most PTs associated it with another issue I was having with the hip. Thanks so much.

Could you also please create content to prevent such rib slipping related issues? Correct oblique exercises and breathing would be great.

@sapphirebeales

wow??? i've had an unknown problem with my rib for 4-5 years that i suspect to be slipping rib syndrome, i've had no help from doctors and no medication to help with the pain or any way of knowing how to make it go away or at least manage it, but this exercise instantly helped??? ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ญ i got a bit emotional, thank you!!
