@cubed0724

So basically, they're hired the fired federal workers but put on leave with pay. I hope this appeal doesn't take long. These judges are out of control.

@erthmthr

where was this judge when 4600+ military people got fired for not taking the jab?

@sunnyo1212

Sad. Waste of taxpayer money. Makes me sick

@gladyskravitzjr825

The swamp protecting the swamp🤬

@Basethegump

I’m so sick of this

@james_walker-j7w

It's like a circus...

@davidstebbins4217

I've had enough of this radical judicial activism. This is out of control.

@ProjectCybertruck

Remove the judges.

@shirleywells6622

While they have been reinstated -- as tenure group 2 employees, they will be the first employees released from retention rosters under reduction in force (RIF) procedures. OPM's minimum notice period is 30 days, but many agencies give a 60 day notice period for separations. It is just a matter of time before they are officially terminated under RIF rules.

@SuccessMindset2180

What is US Supreme Court is doing right now?

@juanmendoza9475

How about when private companies were letting workers go moving companies outside USA and forcing employees to train the people that were taking their jobs now for them that is Ok but government employees matter now

@jpthomas-j7m

Keep an eye on federal employees the way the ā€œlittle people ā€œ are watched by bean counters on an everyday basis.
Our Tax Dollars At Work!

@elenamariela4105

What a circus our country has become 😢

@botornvig

There is no upper limit to stupidity in the United States..

@murnm4719

just another example of our wasted tax dollars.. 😔

@christas4767

This is so ridiculous. As a former government employee… when on probation… YOU ARE AT WILL. It was understood that we could be let go FOR ANY OR NO REASON (my class was part of a union). It was so important to monitor probationary employees because once you passed probation it was like ā€œan act of Congressā€ (šŸ˜) to get you fired. Entitled folks.

@sallyharris1093

That’s the thing about the probationary period. You can let them go for any reason. I retired from the federal government so that was the way it is.

@TwitX2007

Waiting to see what’s to come next. SCOTUS should be very busy for the next few years.

@jamesthomas264

Ridiculous

@Reasonmom

Moreover, gov employees are unionized even though there is no conflict of interest: government and employees are on the same side of fleecing Americans off the tax dollars.
