@garishanth

I've been a viewer of your main channel, UltraLinx, since '17. I remember seeing the framed photo of the Dubai skyline in your living room in one of your videos in '18. It's crazy to think years later you're actually living in Dubai and it's already been a year too. This shows, if you put in the hard work and are disciplined, dreams come true. All the best Oliur!

@StereoExpress

Best description of Dubai!
I moved here about 2 years ago. I absolutely love it here. During the winter months it’s one of the best places on earth. Another thing which I really love is the friendliness. Dubai is a really friendly and kind place. There is a lot of mutual respect towards eachother. Nice video 👍🏼

@ELOZIGINAL

It's actually really nice to hear another side/reflection of living in Dubai from a calmer person like you are. That you can invest 50% of your income shows that you don't spend more only because you have more to spend to. I think that's a really beautiful way to keep going while also keep calm. Masallah!

I’ve lived in Dubai for a year, had some family out there was working at a university doing clinicals and as an American it was the cleanest most professional setting I’ve ever been in. I’m currently serving in the military and after my contract is up, I’m going back and diving into the pharma sector god willing everything works out. Great video reassured everything I already knew.

@VReyes

I´m happy for you and glad for your success. I've been watching your content way back 2018/19.

Congrats man!

@yasmanian

Should caveat that your experience is as a single person with no family.

@pumpituphomeboy

Dubai has a very comprehensive public transport system. Buses go everywhere and the metro covers all the major areas.

@ethantew9319

Hey Oliur! Big fan from Singapore, just wanted to hear your honest thoughts of how you found Singapore during your short stay here

@sebgonneau6784

What a coincidence, was just watching your Dubai experience videos yesterday, and this feels like perfect timing for this new one to come along.

@snickerdoodle1

Thanks for the review, very helpful, especially for those of us in the UK considering moving

@fazalihtisham4421

If you like dubai, you'd love Hong Kong

Low tax rate, international city, very safe, and most of all, more real and more soul.

I know people who lived in dubai for years and after moving to HK, they all love it way more than dubai

@monseurpierre

Been a follower of yours since your original tumblr blog and i was 18 and now i'm 32. Keep up the good work.

@BizTravelTrends

After living 12 years in Dubai I would suggest to make another video after 3 years of living with family and hope you don’t change your mind , i have a remote business in Dubai but i moved to spain.

@JarmainPatrick

First off congrats on making the move brother, massive achievement.

I know many entrepeneurs who moved to Dubai for the tax benefits. They all said it's an amazing place.

On the flipside, a common theme is that:
-it's very lonely
-building a consistent social life is difficult
-Lack of nature
-Extreme heat
-Shady characters

Charlie Morgan, Liam Ottley and other 7-figure entrepeneurs have all said this. They stayed for 2-3 years and left.

There's also a darkside of Dubai that is well documented on YouTube, so it's not as perfect as people may believe.

Personally, I'd like to live there for 1 year just to experience it first hand.

Wishing you a successful and happy life in Dubai.

@jazzyjeff7

I think the Gen X youth are moving out of the UK faster than the previous generations, our Parents came to the UK once upon a time and built their foundations and more and we are ever so grateful for that but the times have shifted massively and that’s down to the drastic decline of the UK, stagnant wages, crime, tax, etc Dubai and Japan ain’t perfect but it’s 20, 25 years ahead of the UK, you made the right decision and wish you the best!

@kuanyshcom

The only drawback I found in the UAE is that non-citizens are treated as second-class citizens, which I found frustrating. The society is not egalitarian.

@gloofisearch

I was on board with you till you reached 9:30, "Food is better". A big NO. I must admit, I do not live in Dubai, but been there many times and went to many Supermarkets around town as well as restaurants and the food never tasted like food. It was always missing the flavor, which makes sense, since it needs to be imported and shipped half way around the world. So it is never fresh, like it is in Spain for example.

@GeZeYT

Keep in mind that Dubai is the nr.1 worst air pollution. It looks clean but your lunges in 10years far from clean.

@Kniightwolff

You’re welcome here my friend ❤

@sohrab7847

Great update. Im glad its going well for you. First time I've heard food is cheap in Dubai. I suppose most people spend lots on eating out in tourist locations hence people say its expensive.
