I believe the issue is related to how new Date is being handled in your timestamp. When you select a date and set it as '2024-10-18 00:00:00', adding it to the timestamp might adjust the time due to timezone differences, resulting in something like '2024-10-17 21:00:00'. This time shift could be what's causing the error
