@jc5395

It’s insane how much patience animators have. When I realized that you had to line and color and shade all of those frames by hand…..

@phaesiareese4393

I LOVE how you add "Actual speed" because it shows a bit of humanity to me, like it shows that it takes time to actually do things like this!

@dmdimitri6638

I really appreciate the day tracker and the "actual speed" sections. Goes to show just how much time and effort is put into making something that looks this good. Great job!

@JJ-117.

Me and my dad watched box trolls so many times when I was a kid, we both loved the movie. It was one of my best memories with him, thank you for everything you do.

@gabriellerussell8484

I absolutely LOVE that you include the time this took. I think it’s easy to lose track of how long things can take, or get caught up in an idea of how long things “should” take, and I know when I was younger “too much time needed” was very discouraging. Sometimes a project just takes the time it takes, and it feels like that’s more easily recognizable as okay when you have proof the pros take their time on things too.

@Maxarcc

Your son laughing at your old flip book was the most wholesome thing I saw today

@JonathanHatcher

This was a completely random YouTube recommendation to me, but I'm so glad it happened. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and expertise, your art. Truly breathtaking, and inspiring!

@FrameByFrameStudios27

This is definitely my favorite flip-book you've made! the dedication and time you spend is insane!

@victornavarrete1572

The children who made versions 1 and 2 would be so proud of you

@finnfiasco

“I can’t believe this took me as long as it did.”

Um, I can. I can’t believe the patience you had in doing it. Such awesome attention to detail. Really satisfying to see the honing of your craft over all these years! Great vid 😄

@yankingshin1931

This just shows how much work animators puts into a movie or a video. The amout of patience is insane, If I work on an animation i'll 100% quit on the first hour. I respect all the hard work just for a video. editing and everything would took atleast a month or two. amazing work.

@Jordnfn

As I saw his kid see his first flip book my heart absolutely melted 😊

@cadaverousthing

Can we just take a moment to appreciate how fluid this animation is and the attention to detail? Like I just subscribed without a second thought

@Shin_Kil

This could be the most impressive thing a single person has done in 30days. Congratulations

@husseinkobeisi5022

I really enjoy the "actual speed" segments, it really grounds you, it shows how much time this really takes even for a pro. In addition to the day counts, makes me feel better about taking my time to do my own animations.

@kathyklk53

Andymation, just wanna say that u spent soooo much time remaking something that means soooooo much to you!!! You are so amazing and cool, and really talented and inspiring. Thank you so much!!❤

@coolnoobalert

I feel like the coloring process is the scariest part… if you mess up you have to re-do the lines and EVERYTHING.

@connor.chan.jazzman

Can we take a moment to appreciate the incredible sound design he did for the animation as well? This dudes insanely talented in every way

@TRC_Dton

It’s incredible to see this and how each page is individually made. As someone who’s been around art for a long time, even if I’m not great myself, I know how much work can go into even the smallest of projects, and seeing how much went into the new flip book you made in this video just continued to help show how wonderful of a medium art can be and how everything tells its own story. After all, there are always a hundred words in an image (or something along those lines)

@AnneShiu-o6x

The amount of effort that went into this is just amazing. Very much appreciated. 🤩
