YouTube Video Editor Explained well 👍🏻 and concluded that Freelancing gives him a lot of freedom and flexibility on workhours. He makes way more money in just half of the office working hours.
And as a seasoned writer on Upwork, it's VERY easy to stay busy if you're good at what you do.
Best intro ever 😂😂, I'm also back to the grind 🤣🤣
Hello Josh. I am a new freelancer on Upwork and I come from in Vietnam. I really thank you for your video. Very exciting!
Yeah going back to the grind of my battle pass. Kidding thank you I’m going to try content writing. I’ll keep you updated.
Insane intro! That's so me! I struggled for months asking random youtubers with what title and profile overview i should give as a beginner and i got nothing💁♂️
This video provides a great starter for people who want to get into freelancing on the main platforms. What tips do you have for rising the ranks and getting those top-rated reviews? In my experience, the customer service element is what is most lacking on these platforms, so any tips for viewers on how to improve this aspect of their work should help with their reviews.
Hey man, your videos are an inspiration for me to stay freelancing in Upwork, but the thing is I'm struggling to get my first client from the last 10 months.
What if I have 2 college degrees, but no applicable specific skills😭😂 now I feel like I gotta start learning all over again, but skills..
The truth is that this kind of easy jobs have tons of competitors. You won't be able to be picked unless you are lucky.
Even if this doesn’t work, you’ve gained a new sub just because of your energy!! So the trick is to start small $ per/hr, show examples of work and get as many good review as possible. Then once you look like a pro, charge more? I’m guessing it may take a few months to get a decent amount of reviews as the jobs will be far in between with not much reviews. So it’s a patients game, but if you stick with it, it will be worth it in the long run. Also with repeat customers, it’s borderline passive income if your accomplished on the app. I don’t mind spending $50 on a pack of connects. I would bid a lot of connects just to get a few jobs for reviews. Is it “the more connects you bid, the better chance you have at getting hired”?
I have submitted around 30+ proposals and yet I haven't even been accepted 😭
I’m afraid to try Freelance Jobs because I don’t think that I have the skill to manage freelancing but I’m in a bit of a pickle currently. I’ve been doing Graphics Design for over 3 years and I’d like to would like to work as one but I’m afraid that my work isn’t up to anyone’s expectations. Should I try freelance or should I try looking for a simple job?
wow this is what i need thanks Josh
Hello Josh, great videos thank you! I feel I have different things I can offer on upwork, from being a tutor for several subjects, to interpreting languages, to all these things you just mentioned here. So my question is, how can you create multiple or one profile for all these things you are able to offer, and will it sell? Or should I create several upwork accounts? Or what is your strategy for this, because a 'can do anything' person may not be as appealing for employers? Looking forward to your thoughts.
great video. thank you! 🤗
Thanks for this video Josh! Very informative and exactly what I was looking for in a difficult time for me!!!
Finally.. thanks for the great content
Omg I laughed so hard at that intro - I'm literally sitting in the Tesla my boyfriend lets me drive waiting at my daughter's school for class to be out and watching this after being really upset about not being able to find a job lol - I needed a laugh thanks 😆 Great info btw!
