I've been skinny fat for years even when I worked out a lot because I eat a lot. I often make the joke of being the skinniest fat guy you can know. This video kinda came as a wake up call so ima try the solo leveling plan you have as its like what I use to do. Here's hoping I can stick to it :)

Great video bro! I personally also got good results with nutrient timing. Like if you do your calisthenics workout and have your protein shake, you get about 2 hours to take a solid meal. And this meal can have some rice or bread since the carbs are being used to deliver protein to muscles. So if you want to eat a nice roast beef sandwich, try to eat it after your workout. You get a tasty meal and you are not harming your diet. (Within moderation of course, don't eat the whole loaf)

the most difficult step for me is eating the right amount of protein. Im currently 89kg (gained 5kg the last 2 months from working out) so I have to eat around 190kg-200kg of protein, it seems too much for me and it is impossible to do from eating junk food (junk food has usually bread so you are full easily). I workout daily, I sleep well, I do at least 30 mins cardio but within these ~3 months of working out I gained weight instead of losing. My diet is definitely the problem but I still haven't figured it out...
