Multicharts for backtesting. TradeStation for the rest. That's the sweet spot.

@villumschroeder1255

@tenayzago

Good comparison, thanks!

@babibobb

Thanks for a great comparison. I would like to know the following, I would be very grateful if you could give me information.
1-How many charts can we open for automatic trading in trade station?

2- Do the active graphics need to remain open for automatic operation or is it running on the server?

@davidurdaneta321

Great review! Do you happen to have compared the portfolio features (Portfolio Maestro vs Portfolio Trader)? I've only used portfolio maestro and it is quite clunky.

@dumbcat

can't you get an account at TradeStation then connect its data feed and brokerage account to MultiCharts so you can use MultiCharts or TradeStation? not sure why you needed iQFeed and Interactive Brokers?

@exrayZap-ry1gh

TradeStation not available in Canada

@johncolaiacovo8572

Can i trade CFD's on tradestation

@futuresfills5661

Really helpful comparison, thank you.

@ThailandBeyondTourism

Tradestation doesn't have portfolio trading and every chart has to be running for strategy to be running

@gilltim5711

So......how does one get a hold of a legacy version of Tradestation? If we can't, then no way I'll go with an unstable platform. I've also heard horror stories about the newer versions freezing up.

@janelhancock4755

✌️ Promo`SM!!!

@Trading-50

You can't trade forex with tradestation.
