One of the best youtube channels out there!

@hihihi45ify

I love this guy. The memory joke at the beginning is so adorably dorky. Thanks for the info!

@djr3386

Thank you for your clear and concise explanation. The good graphics also helped tremendously. Thanks to your graphics team as well. 🙏

DHA plus arachidonic acid improved my cognitive tests, while DHA plus EPA worsened my cognitive tests, so I measured it with a washout period in half a year each time, and arachidonic acid seems to be overlooked in conjunction with DHA

@SkepticalCaveman

Omega 3 is essential. So it's a must. The amount is the debate.

@sdbrickoven

I want to thank you for this video, I don't know other than me how many other people ask for this video but either way I want to say thank you and I appreciate it very much

@dodgek5270

Instant excitement when I see a new post ❤

@romilapicki

This information is very important, specially for people like me with APOE4/4! Thank you!

@bhut1571

I've bee a heavy sardine eater all of my life. When the omega 3 rage started over 20 years ago I started buying high qluality fish oil from a certified plant in Nova Scotia. I just took one a day. Almost a decade ago we swithched to krill oil. However over 2 years ago I began having bouts of afib. This is lone afib where there are no other typical health connections such as type 2 diabetes or high blood pressue. For this reason I've cut way back on the omega 3's. Sadly this is a case where what is good for the noodle may not be totally good for the ticker. Dr Nick did a spiel on this in the past. All things in moderation. Fortunately me ears haven't anti-evolved into gills.

@bgrune1

I take an algae oil DHA formulation every day in addition to eating lots of flax and walnuts. I also wanted to tell folks that becoming a Physionic Insider is totally worth it!

@ChristianThePagan

What is the daily recommended dosage of these oils?

@ludlowworthington697

Thanks for the video. That was impressive. Amazing such intricate mechanisms exist and that people have studied them.

If I recall, PPAR and the Corepressors were a one-hit wonder band back in the early 90s.

@pepper-em5306

great video as always :popcorn-yellow-striped-smile:

@suzannewhitaker3507

I'm gonna go take two fish oil capsules right now. (It's good for eyes and skin, too.)

@lyndaniel3369

I get the information, but not the detail (limited brain cells). Thanks so much for explaining (and illustrating it clearly). I had no idea scientists had discovered this much information. Wonderful!

@gazorpazorp9798

:19 starting strong 😂❤

@Michael-pn2ye

Your the best love the information keep it up!!! Enlighten me 👍🥩🏋️‍♀️💪🏻

@2000roadracer

Fish eating is evolutionary adaption... really cool video! part of the reason you need to cut out those seed oils to give those Omega-3 a fighting chance of supporting human DNA

@avgejoeschmoe2027

I am Not a fan of eating fish, but shell fish-YES
so I take a fish oil capsule every day now for the last 2 years.
I am 66 and I would say it helps with mental clarity. I also take l. reuteri after breakfast and lion mane powder in my coffee

@kellyinfanger9192

Some day, I will be geeky enough to understand this. Until then; ugh, omega 3 = good.
