Push onward and upward. Looking up certifications to add to your resume, put the time into it and do your own portfolio (you don’t have to wait for a class or tutorial!) invest the time and learn from multiple sources. Most importantly, finish a project and look at your results while brainstorming where could you have made changes and why! Keep notes after each example you complete and compare them. You will do great, all of you. Invest time in your passion and it will pay off.

1,700,000 NGN is just $1k dollars... I doubt if that's how much they make annually. Maybe monthly and even at that total is like $12k at 1k per month. So that should be roughly 17 million NGN. Just thought to point it out.
