@PointInTheInternet

He just got pardoned. Wtf. Dystopian times is an understatement.

@pdeezzel

I bet in the future he donates a tiny % of all his fortunes to a politician and gets all his charges dropped... Oh wait

@carlrosa1130

I will never, ever comprehend the gullability of billion dollars companies. Their greed to be a part of something potentially remarkable clouds all of their reasoning and research.

@thatguitarguy5856

It's March 30.2025. As of a couple of days ago, trump fully pardoned this guy. No fine, no restitution, no jail.

@skippppyy

The orange guy made it so this never happened. Good job maga. You must be so happy.

@MultiAli62

MAGA - Make America Grift Again
This dude got pardoned. WTF is going on?! Who is next on the pardon list? SBF??

@TanDJServices

Who knew that a kids power wheels would be closer to a motor vehicle than a truck from a 34 billion dollar company.

@theneonpython

This guy barely got punished then Trump pardoned him. He won.

@FJUH

It’s insane that due diligence was so quickly thrown out the window. Even a cursory glance would raised red flags.

@superpower3633

This guy just got pardoned.

@controlfreak1963

Trump just pardoned him. Grifters have to stick together.

@vegadog30

Grifters helping grifters… guess it was worth it after all.

@jtridexter

You forgot to mention that in March 2025, President Donald Trump pardoned Milton, effectively nullifying any penalties and exempting him from paying the substantial restitution amounts previously ordered. This pardon has been controversial, particularly because Milton and his wife had donated over $1.8 million to Trump's re-election campaign.

As a result of the pardon, Milton was not required to return the full amount of money to investors who suffered losses due to his fraudulent actions. The pardon eliminated the legal obligations for restitution, allowing him to retain a significant portion of his wealth despite the earlier convictions.

@juillgc1557

There was a reason why the richest people in the U.S attended trump's inauguration day, and now I dont think it's just because of no taxes or anything like that.

@jimallinx

Dude still had people defending him to death in /r/NKLA and /r/wsb as the stock plummeted lol

@AlphaCentauri24

Elizabeth: Hey Trevor! We'll share a jail cell, buddy.

Trevor: What? A hydrogen cell? It's work in progress. Gonna be epic.

@TheYoudhruv

Nikola could have been a huge success if Musk had tweeted "Nikola to the moon"

@paulpedersen1329

It's amazing, and disheartening, that that crook is not only still free, but living a life of luxury. He will likely drag out the legal proceedings for many years to come. Hell, with the expensive lawyers he can afford, he might even get off altogether. Life sure is different when you're rich.

@nickbrandt2788

Update 3/28/2025: He just got a full presidential pardon. We reward this type of behavior.

@adilsongoliveira

3 years later, "he's the next Elon Musk" rings quite differently, doesn't it? Edit: I just learned that Trump pardoned Milton last month (March 2025), so it paid off to him in the end.
