What I love about this channel is that they use so many different strategies. To whereas, other channels try to sell you on one style..
I agree that many people are considering NVDA as the "Stock of the year." However, I'm curious about which stocks could potentially become the next Nvidia in terms of growth over the next decade. I've allocated $200k for investment, aiming to retire comfortably.
Great topic!!! I scalp only first 15 minutes at the open. I use ORB/D (1m, 5m or break of the entire range) Signals: technical level break( premarket H, L, YL, YH, YC), candles like (doji, hammer, engulfings..), above or below VWAP and averages, premarket direction often gives me a direction at the open, volume gotta be elevated for me especially to enter inside the first minute. My main signals are coming form LEVEL2 ( big orders sitting on a ask or bid can indicate potential break, T&S accelerating, most transaction going on a ask or bid, look if orders going above or below bid/ask, big prints, notice if price steps down/up and taken quickly, volume profile-notice if more volume done at specific price can indicate a big move, refreshing ECN, hidden buyers/sellers can indicate a move). BUT, before that stock has to have a fresh catalyst, high RVOL +2, just be in play, and clear levels from daily, weekly, and premarket to play against. Additional factors i have to know: float, short float, inst. ownership, ATR. One question i always ask my self is, HOW MARKET PARTICIPANTS VIEW THIS CATALYST AND POSITIONED? Trading is easy if we have a system and stick to it. Take care guys!!!!
This guy is one of your best presenters. Clear, articulate, concise, and he speaks at a good tempo.
I’ve always been a number cruncher and could do math faster in my head than anyone in my graduating class. I never knew when this skill would pay off. I found scalping very intuitive this past week and made my first $3k off of momentum and channel trades in futures. The peace I experience now is unreal, but I can’t believe it took me 30 years to find this.
my favorite times to scalp are at market open when there's tons of premarket volume on some announcement. Like SAVA and TTPH today.
i realized most of the time i was always right in the begining of my trades, then half would go into the red and stop me out, i decided to just scalp trades in and out and have been profitable for years ever since.
I like scalping because it allows me to sleep at night worry-free
SMB the ultimate firm to learn how to trade from. Also this trader is a prodigy. This video has a ton of value.
Thanks to both SMB Capital and Ryan for this video. When I first started trading I mostly scalped using a 1m chart and it typically worked for me. A lot of times the next price level where a security will change direction just seems logical to me. Lately I've been trying to swing trade, and I'm struggling with that. I've heard Bella say on a number of occasions that as traders we should play to our strengths. I've definitely discovered that this is true, and while I still intend to work on my swing trading, I am going to keep the primary focus on the scalps because it's become apparent that's where my edge is. As always, thanks for the video.
I am scalper and I understand what he is saying. I have had trades for 5 seconds on record. And some trades which were 30 seconds. Sometimes you feel you're in trade for iternity when in real you've been just for 30 seconds.
i love scalping and i'm crushing it every day just scalping!!!!!!!!
Super important you guys mentioned the mental constitution of someone who is naturally not or naturally is built for this. Just like in mainstreet media, eyeballs are naturally drawn to whats working now (study: recency bias). You guys already know it, I appreciate what you do.
Def like to scalp at opening until 10:30am. Normally it is when majority of moves take place. I don’t scalp large caps, I focused on small caps with low float and high relative volume. Great technique as long as you have the right tools and understand level II plus TS reading. Couldn’t apply this technique if your broker doesn’t offer direct routing, level II, and most important hiding those big sale orders!
I watched this video many years ago, didn't undertood much, but now several years later, understand everything and yet learn a lot! moral of the story if you are a trader keep grinding, let's go!
I find scalping to be the best from open until 11am
I have been paper trading for only about 3 months and I naturally just taught myself scalping without even knowing it was a thing. And have been very successful at it. I can’t wait to start doing it with real money because I’ve already proved to myself that it works. I made a quick $960 in about 10 minutes of market open the other day and I just stopped because I could have just done it over and over and over again but it’s paper trading so what’s the point. I’m convinced this is what is going to make me wealthy and support my wife and daughters better than I ever could have imagined before I stumbled upon day trading as a viable means of creating an income.
Sir. Your just awesome. Experience speaks. Super. I traded some of my trades using this video, it works well. You also mentioned that people who can take decision's quickly should scalp, it's very true and important.
