"who made the difference?" "definitely the players."
Chance is actually a huge Chicago Blackhawks fan. He knows hockey which makes appreciate this more. Heβs not playing himself.

Chance the reporter
He's got 30 letters in his name and none of them are vowels ππππ
Waaaaay out of the loop here, did not realize he is a musician and was just the host, the first time I saw the sketch, I actually thought he was a new cast member, his comedic timing is spot on.
"that is a S a K and a J all next to each other so that's a nope"
"yes that is a S a K and a J all next to each other.. So that's a no" ππππππ
"Lots of white dudes on skates running into each other at full speed, I don't get it", lol "None of them are vowels" I died
When you lie on your resume
We need him to have a recurring segment with this skit, commentating on various sports he's clueless on.
"You should do that"
The best non-actor performance on SNL in a long time. He's so good they must be writing skits just for him. That's not the easiest thing to do either. He never loses it and stays in character the entire time. We'll see lots more of him. (sitcom producers must be licking their chops and drooling over him...)
"That is an S a K and a J all next to each other so that's a nope" That had me rolling on the floor tbh ππ
"I miss the Knicks" The first time those words have been spoken
Chance's awkwardness is absolute gold. Love what he did in this skit.
βLetβs do that Hockey!β
βThatβs the buzzer and you know what that meansβ. ββNo I Do Notβ Chance was hilarious in every sketch, but this was my favorite. So funny!
the fact that every single playerβs name was real is just too good
