At 8:09 this is the first example where I have seen intensity handled correctly (it's positive throughout the sound pulse).  It's always positive, not because it's a magnitude but rather because intensity I = (acousticPressure^2)/(rho*c), so squaring the acoustic pressure makes the result always positive. note: rho is density and c is tissue sound speed.
