Некоторые провайдеры начали сами обходить замедление ютуба, ибо закона о его запрете пока нет. Прямо сейчас я смотрю это видео вообще без каких либо способов обхода, всё просто работает. Надеюсь ничего из этого не изменится в худшую сторону
