1. Back up your data. 
2. Delete files. Erase photos and documents from folders.
Sync apps to google account.
3. Deactive device protection/ factory 
4. Log out from google account and remove phone from google account.
5. Delete save password from browser.
6. Delete encrypt phone.
7. Factory reset.
