Now that the markets has grasp that Trump is serious about tariffs, it’s going to hit hard. If the US cuts itself off from global trade, that isolationism is going to send shockwaves

@MarkGrece

Hit 108k today. I'm really grateful for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started with 15k in February 2025🔥🔥

@ConiferMusic

Never thought I’d be getting WW3 news from techlead…

@Tschoii90

The best thing that came out of the Tarifs is that you do regular videos again. 🎉

@pedrocavalcante5822

I vaguely recall reading somewhere that the U.S. entry into WWII wasn't just about Pearl Harbor and "saving democracy." There was this whole economic angle that often gets glossed over - America couldn't afford to let Japan dominate Asia's hyper-competitive markets. Think about it: by 1941, Japan was gobbling up French Indochina, threatening British and Dutch colonies, and basically trying to lock everyone else out of the region's resources and trade routes. When FDR slapped that oil embargo on Japan, it wasn't purely a moral stand - it was a power move to protect American economic interests in the Pacific. Not saying the U.S. wanted war, but letting Japan create an exclusive imperial sphere in Asia? That would've been terrible for business. Kinda makes you wonder how much of history's "noble causes" are really about controlling markets and resources when you scratch beneath the surface.

You know it's getting worse when techlead is not telling joke anymore

@Juzzyjuzzy

What a redemption arc for the Tech Lead. Can’t deny he knows how to adapt.

@ykhov

Markets are so bad Techlead needs to do videos again.

@JannyLuits

The trade war causes stock market volatility as tariffs raise costs for businesses, particularly in manufacturing and tech. This uncertainty can reduce profits and lead to fluctuating stock prices, making investors cautious.

@test45994

i always pray that the markets keep going down so my favourite youtuber techdaddy keeps dropping videos

@galefraney

You always offer such a fresh perspective on topics that everyone else churns out the same overdone angle. Keep up these interesting videos.

@GC-mv9gi

I didn't expect to get another video since bitcoin is 95k ...

@pauline-o2q

AI stocks and Bitcoin are definitely ones to watch. I'm optimistic about growth, but with the economy still uncertain, staying diversified feels like the smart move right now.

@JohnHoon-bu6jo

US has already lost the economic leadership in the world when Trump started to impose tariffs on countries around the world..

@cuzimbanane

your landlord really pushing it this month huh

@cosmiclight7829

How can anyone seriously negotiate with a person who keeps flip flopping? Just ignore him and move ahead with your own plans.

@House_Of_Cards_

There is one problem with that strategy of using the World Bank and IMF against China. China itself has replaced both around the world. 😂

@userw-f7c

Totally agree with you TechLead. The scary thing is that alot of coding is being off-shored these days. This is the same thing that happened to manufacturing a few decades ago. Where does that leave us in the next few decades?

@christopherfoley4355

Never thought the best macroeconomic takes would be gotten from Tech Lead. Kudos sir
