@LlamaDungeon

The pilot was admittedly written with much less access to actual experts. Being that close to being right on tor, even if ultimately slightly conflating things is still more effort then most movies and tv shows put into hacking.

@smith4591

Mr Robot is the most realistic hacking show I have ever watched. Which makes it more complex and hard to understand by most people. Normally people don't enjoy this kind of staff, they are more familiar with the black screen with green letters. Press the few random letters on the keyboard hard, and boom... Hacked!

@duko3000

I feel like they intentionally put in some red herrings and falsehoods in the hacking scenes, just so the showrunners wouldn't be liable for showing a step-by-step tutorial on potential illegal activity. Kind of the same reason Breaking Bad intentionally didn't show how to make meth properly. Although my theory is unfounded and I'm just speculating.

@Dulge

really love you go straight into it and explain the concepts well, Mr.Robot is one of my favorite series

@headlights-go-up

I could watch you comment on the entire series and not get bored. Love your insights

@SivaMedia_

I’m here from Crumb. I have no idea what you are talking about but I’m very intrigued and paying close attention😂

@ChristopherEGr33n33

Now this channel is cool to see pop up.
Will definitely be keeping tabs on your work Marcus🙌

@Salamialayksuwp

Hey brother, I just wanted to say that you are one of my main inspirations to get into hacking and computer science in the vulnerability exploitation field. Thanks a lot. Also, I strongly commend you for what you did to the internet when you saved us from wcry.

@Counterhackingsafe

Wow, this video really brings the tech-savvy side out of me! I love how you break down the hacking scenes from Mr. Robot and make it easy for us non-experts to understand. It's refreshing to see a show that's so realistic in its portrayal of hacking. Thank you for your insights and for being an inspiration to the next generation of cybersecurity enthusiasts. Can't wait to see more of your amazing content!

@bottyuup6885

This guy saved the world. He'll try and be humble, but don't let him. He saved the world.

@PF-gi9vv

I think they are being careful not to give too much away.
When I was a child, I learned from a TV program how they stopped people from making protected video to video copies. Electronics was my hobby, I used this copyright knowledge to override the video protection and was able to make video copies when the video had the protection.

@TooFunnyFoYou

Love this kind of stuff. Hope to see more soon!

@nostalgicnow6001

I discovered you through your interview with David Bombal and was impressed by your knowledge. As a result, I have subscribed to your content.

This is literally the best channel on YouTube, hands down.

This is great unintentional ASMR

@thetmtmt01

At the second scene: wasn't it like Elliot started spying on Ron, and Ron used tor network to login into his website? Elliot sees Ron going into admin panel on his website and logging in. I've been always explaining to myself this scene that way.

@plantandplate989

For someone like me, who is not into cybersecurity stuffs, this show is so fascinating. this show is great in both logic and entertainment.

@RyanRBlack

100% to control and limit liability on behalf of the production company. Nice observations. Love your content.

@darknode4791

I loved how they put some common hacking terms into this show and technical hacking methods like metasploits and intercepting traffic through wireshark and writing exploits .

@johnnyola2205

What's really funny is that Angela works for Allsafe yet asks "what's a rootkit?"..
