This tour was fabulous for so many reasons. The one fundamental aspect that I love the most is the respect of history through preservation.
The first family seemed so so fun and down to earth!❤
I want to thank her for taking the time doing this I enjoy this a lot
I love seeing a new episode pop up on my feed. As an American it is hard to comprehend walking around in working buildings going back to the 16th century and earlier. I love all the tales that your interviewees tell about the history. It so brings history to life and ties it to the present day.
I had the pleasure of visiting Scotland and Blair Castle. It was incredible. A lot of the stuff you’re showing on the show today I saw there and there’s just not words for it.
So thankful for all this! Brightens my day to hear about all this history. Thank you!
Fantastic! What exceptional filming. Thankyou Julie and production crew xxx
I so do admire your work and dedication. My past life I had to have lived in such a Home. I’m so drawn to the History of all your videos. Thank you. I’m typing this right when the peacock was singing and it woke the cat 😂 who is now looking for it. Here in Salt Lake City Utah we have wild peacocks and turkeys. 😂. Keep up the great work ❤
I also really enjoy the music selections. They remind me of happy sitcoms from the 70s and 80s before everyone on tv screamed at each other all the time.
As a descendant of Scots I love watching history of Scotland. this video has been one of my all time favorites.
My Favorite so far. Love the history and beautifully preserved rooms.
Great vlog Julie I could watch this many times over you learn so much from your visits to these historic castles and houses thank you
Julie- your enthusiasm is a joy and very catching. Thank you!❤
Absolutely love this! I’m a country gal that lives simply but I have always loved the English and Scottish history and scenic places. The embroidery, castle and history are amazing! I thought you did great with fly fishing! 😊 Thanks for sharing the beautiful country! ❤
Julie, it was lovely to review all your travels. I am in Shasta Co. , California where is still in the 90's. Sitting on Saturday and watching all of these beautiful places give me a rest and excitement for new adventures.
I live in Victoria, British Columbia and we have large areas of Douglas Fir that are a protected species of trees. I never knew the history of the name until now.
I love all of this history and tying together the family ties is very neat as well. Thank you for taking us on the adventures.
truly extraordinary footage!
Oh Julie, I'm thrilled you were able to film at Scone. Years ago I was able to sing in the long hall with am accomplished American organist, for the Murray's. What a special place..
