You know, the hardest part is getting your nutritional needs met as a poor person. Expensive supplements are out of reach for ~50% of the population. 😢. When I was a Silicon Valley programmer, I used a lot of ginko biloba, I feel that it helped. I also feel that the vitamins and supps, herbs, I used to take were much stronger and effective. The vitamins I now buy at Costco don’t seem to be effective (I’m retired now).
I been having problems with my memory recently and that messing with my self esteem, so learning this things really help me
In taking Vitamins D3 you need Vitamin K2 and Magnesium for it to work.
True... I was Vitamin D deficient and used to have trouble finding my words all the time. Began taking Vit D with magnesium bisglycinate, problem gone. My energy levels are also way up and a few other health problems are also gone.
YOU ARE AMAZING! Thank you for all that you do! I am 54. I’ve had Covid more than 5x and I’m in menopause so my body ached and my memory was crap. MY MOOD SUCKED. Drs and their scripts didn’t help. I felt like I was dying. I read some health studies on Covid as well as menopause then I studied my blood tests for the past 5 yrs. Vit D and white blood cells were consistently very very low; Dr said nothing and did nothing. I started taking Vit D3 + K2 and Mag L-Threonate (with food) in Sept 2024. I noticed immediate results (2 wks in). By Jan 2025 I added Omega 3’s and B-Complex but I recently switched the B-Complex to one with Methylcobalamin bec a gentleman next to me on a plane told me to research it. But since I’m on these three supplements I feel amazing, like I can take on the world. I share my discovery with everyone. Thank you, again.
I had a hemorrhage after an aneurysm rupture. I suffered from severe brainfog and overstimulation for a year after. By accident I found out that taurine gave me the ability to resocialize again. I could go to parties and artopening without feeling totally molested afterward. It seems taurine has a positive effect on alzheimers plaques. Taurine is extremely cheap so available for poor people too.
Vitamin D is so important! I live in Brazil but I'm indoors most of the time and my vitamin D was around 23 (which is super low). Got supplements from my doctor, which recommended a really high dose for 2 months because of my levels and omg the difference it made on my energy levels, plus brain fog got better! But took a couple of weeks to feel the difference

I was severely vitamin D deficient. I was anxious, had poor sleep, stressed. Taking a D3+K2 supplement had a fantastic effect. It improved my sleep and my stress level greatly. B12 is also very helpful with body aches and pains. My dad was taking citicoline after his stroke and it helped a lot with his cognition and overall brain function. So I can vouch for these supplements. They are not miracle cures, but they do help a lot.
Ginko has worked well for me. I'm 54 years old with adhd and Hachimotos. Ginko has improved my brain functions, boosted memory and killed brain fog.
