Artifact as old as the universe: 4000 septims
There is no way an elder scroll is worth 4000... especially in the 4th era
Not the Elder Scroll being cheaper than Breezehome😂
Killing the emperor: 20,000 Elder scroll : 4,000 House in solitude: 25,000 septims 😂😂
aint no way the elder scroll worth 4 horses💀
"Bro I'm Archmage. Just let me borrow it so I can stop a bunch of crazy vampires from murdering the sun, or your fired"
A bit like real life - you need to sell an invaluable ancient artefact (and your horse as well) in order to even afford a house
An ancient, long lost and sought after scroll written by the very gods themselves. They hold unimaginable knowledge and power Dlc adds 3 like theyre in print
A handheld device that can show you the endless knowledge of mankind. 1000 dollars. A house. 300 000.
I did that in one of my play-throughs. Then went back and sold it back after the DLC 🤣
Anyone else stuck with three heavy elderscrolls and the Librarian wont buy them back?
I once mastered the college of winterhold quest line to become arch-mage of the college, then in the main story this orc spoke to me like I was a nobody totally killed that playthrough 😂
truth when the games full done i do sell all the scroll's to him. Fun fact if you find all the books he seeks in the game witch is a long long fetch quest he gives you a special book for finding all the books? it's not a never ending quest as many would think. it does have end to it.
Need a mod with meta dialogue like "You're not an essential enough NPC to be charging these prices"
I can't believe they went from this to Starfield.
"the orc who manages the library" 😒 HIS NAME IS URAG GRO-SHUB AND HE DESERVES RESPECT 😡
For some reason, the Elder Scroll being 4000 septims isn't very surprising.
"Finally came to your senses? I'll sell it for 4,000-" (Goes into a kill animation of the Dragonborn beating him to deal with a bag filled with hundreds of thousands of Septims)
It would’ve been even funnier if you came back to purchase Elder Scroll and Urag had gone blind in the time since you had sold it to him.
