I finally found something what suits me, other morning workouts which I found are pretty high intensity for me, but your workout is enough to warm up, but not that much to be out of energy for the rest of day. :DD
Haven’t worked out in years been making excuses for myself but this made it so easy! 10 minutes, barefoot and in my pjs, and easy movements! Thank you for posting this❤️❤️
Out of all the morning workouts I've tried, this one is my absolute favorite! It's an amazing warm-up, or stand-alone workout. I feel so much better throughout the day when I do this in the morning!! Thank you
