Another good reason for working for a big tech company is the enhanced job security it often provides. When I decided to leave the startup company where I was working, they failed to pay me my pending salary for the last month. This experience has made me realize the importance of working for a larger tech company that offers more reliable financial stability and ensures that employees are fairly compensated for their work.
