I'm from Ireland, went to Krabi in 2017, but only had 2 days there. I recommend the Tiger temple, it has 1200 steps to the top of a mountain, with a great view (took me an hour to climb it). Also the Blue lagoon is worth a visit. I stayed in Dusit Thani as well. It's a bit out of the way, but it has a fine beach.

We're in Krabi right now!!! Such a beautiful city. But you have to be aware and look at the weather and season before going. It can be cloudy and rainning for days if you go during that time.
