Dividends is good , if I don't want to sell my shares I can still have liquid gains

@NicholasBall130

Dividends are a great thing, but they’re only really effective for passive income when you either have somewheres over 20 to 25 thousand shares of a high yielding stock. Meaning you likely need to have a few hundred thousand if not more invested in it. Re-investing dividends back into the same stock certainly does snowball with compound interest, but you only really start seeing it after 20 years of never stopping and likely needing to add additional money of your own with it….so it’ll be time consuming and costly. The way I see it if you have a million dollars at some point, that’d be enough to create a portfolio that would pay you between 50 to 70 thousand in dividend income

@FinVarsha

Dividend stocks have always been the wealth creators , compare historic gains

@souravpandey2682

Regular dividend paying stocks attract more investers as a result demand increases and thus share prize goes up.

@aniketgupta8104

Dividends are not always bad. It depends upon the business of the company. If company invest back that money in business and in future incurs losses it will negatively impact the stock price or even in case where additional money is invested but it doesn't generated additional return or where the business is at its saturation level and no possibility of further growth is expected, in all such cases paying out dividend is better option.

@otherside7976

I'm so shocked how confidentiality he is showing his calculations taking into account all unrealistic estimates and projections.

@saptarshibose2696

Divided income can treat as passive income, i.e. IOC, REC, PFC etc..

@Godislost

Tax be like to every business
Mera share kidhar hain 😂

@neeleshshenoy3808

before saying this think when the return on reinvestment is less then the cost of capital, at that time its better to pay dividend rather than reinvesting

@nikhilpachauri5761

Both dividends and capital gains have their own purposes in terms of returns to the share holders. Company cant have much control over its stock price (consider a downward market) but the board do have control on how to use profits , paying dividend or buyback of shares is one of the strategies applied by the companies. Regarding taxation part, we never know if capital gains get abolished and merged with income tax slab (has already happened with dividend income in last 3-4 years !!)

@Davies-Edward00

Dividend investing is most effective when approached with a long-term perspective. While dividends can provide immediate income, the true power lies in the compounding effect over many years. I'm still looking for companies to make additions to my $350K portfolio, to boost performance. Here for ideas...

@aseemchawla5455

Just in case double taxation tax system + clientele effect(stocks decrease by div amount when company goes ex dividend)

@arnavbhati2105

If it's STC gain: Tax is 15%
If it's LTC gain: Tax is 10%

And in both the cases Tax is above Rs 100 then how are you coming up with figure - Rs 7.5 (Tax)?

Can someone please elucidate.

@userntavailable

Small investors ko dividend income k baare me sochna hi nhi chahiye.Hamesha growth stock lena chahiye. Jb portfolio bahot bada ho jaaye fis soch sakte hain.

@finaldestination41

Tax and inflation are two biggest evils for poor people 😭

@ayush7323

Example :- Titen ka Profit 1000 cr. So company ko Growth ke liye itna profit bahut jada ho Gaya hai to company ne socha share holders ko dividend diversify karte hai to To officially company to grow karegihi share price bhi badhe ga aur share holders ko passive income bhi milegi

Warren Buffett rule is passive income source is best income source

Jo Admi passive income nahi kamata to wo admi jindagi bhar kaam karega jine ke liye

Invest carefully First stocks Analysis Karo fir invest Karo stay safe 📈💸

@Brett13081992

bilkul sahi bola Dividend aur Bonus loss ka soda hai...

@RohitGoyal18

If you are in low income, then its good to have dividend stocks.... Low taxes per year and low Capital gain on exit

@parthpandya7077

Devidend makes a drop in reserves so it's price goes down but at the same time it's PE MULTIPLE goes down which makes its attractive
