[edit] sorry, that isn't a Razer Viper, but it is the Deathadder V3 Pro. I was researching both for the video - afaik, they're almost identical, with the Deathadder being a bit taller in shape.

Quick tip for Logi MX3 when using the browser:
Before pressing CTR check first if the wheel is still spinning, or you'll get zoom 1000x 😲

As a a millionaire - what we've been waiting for

@honestboy4

You just spanked all those expert youtube reviewers, this is how a review is done. You got skills for reviewing.
I had Logitech mouse fail many times, its like intentionally it will start double click issue after 2 year or so. No matter its 40$ or 150$ mouse.

@rcshane7160

Great video. no fluff, just tech. Love it! That polling info was great I had no idea that BT was that much worse than the dongle.

@st1vxtr1m

Simplest and fool-proof way to customize the Razer mice on MacOS is to do all the customization of it on a Windows machine and then store those profiles on the mouse itself. Except very few features that are clearly indicated with "Synapse Only", each configuration and setup will work on MacOS as well. Once you configure it to your liking on the Windows machine, store the profile on the mouse and then just connect it to your Mac and voila - everything works perfectly.

@BrickInTheHead

I really just want a variant of the mx master that's got some better gaming features; slightly lighter, better glide pads, the ability to charge via the wireless mousepad, yadayada. I used the mx revolution that got released in 2005/6 and I absolutely loved it. used it till it died. I want to go back to a mouse like that one day. I want something that doesn't look like an epic gamer mouse but that can actually function as one.

@kyrha7394

Based on my experience, I use all the button on my G502 hero, mainly for media player, the original DPI selector, I use it for volume control, the side buttons for forward and backward, and the sniper button for Play/Pause. Use it pretty much all the time, all day everyday.

Exactly the review I was looking for

@eduardoborjas4465

Mx 3s has been great to me. Love all the options you have when paired up with the keyboard, it’s an amazing work experience.

@laudermarauder

Thank you for this elite-level review of these elite-level wireless mice. I expect nothing less from the TechLead.

@Loxworth

Man I just want a gaming mouse version of the MX Master 3S....

@angelo_79

The basilik v3 pro is a beast, I have it designed, I browse the web and the game is excellent. I recommend it. You will not regret that investment. It is the most beautiful and advanced gaming mouse from Razer.

@VegasEdo

I picked up the DeathAdder V3 pro and the Razer Pro Click mouse last year. Pro Click was very smooth and quiet as well as taller in the hand. All around a great productivity mouse.

@MattSeymour

True fact, I change from the palm grip to the claw grip and I now have less bugs in my code.

@tardezyx

The Basilisk V3 (not the Pro version) is the real successor of the G502 (Proteus Core/Hero): optical switches, a far better mouse wheel, better side surfaces (the sides of the G502 regularly need to be cleaned) and no double click bug after using it for several months. The disadvantages compared to the G502 are the two missing buttons on the top left and the non-adjustable weight. The Basilisk V3 also feels a bit less valueable at the beginning until you get used to its material and lighter weight. The only thing I miss is one small button on the right side either to replace the aim button on the left (which is imho too far away for practial usage, anyhow) or generally for an additional function (like fastly switching to hypershift mode with your pinkie or ring finger which otherwise have nothing to do, at all).

@AlphaMachina

You can modify the scroll wheel on the G502 X Plus. You can actually swap out the G502 scroll wheel for the one in the G502 X Plus. There's a video by Beardedbob on tearing it down.

@shaheenkdr

Hey man, as a developer you truly reflect the feels and needs of everyone else in the industry ! Covered all my pain points when I was looking for the mouse, and without having to struggle, finally I found the best based on your review ! Also subscribing for more such content!

@selahadinjemal7138

it's funny and subtle how he just threw the millionaire title.

@EmilPetkov1

I am surprised that you didn't review the G502 Lightspeed as a replacement option for the G502. It is the logical mouse choice that has to be in this review. I was looking for the same - having good productivity/coding/gaming mouse and regular traveling, it is the mouse that won the battle for me. Great review nonetheless!
