"Just because my dreams are different than yours, doesn't mean they are unimportant." " I want to be great or nothing." "Women, they have minds, and they have souls as well as just hearts and they've got ambition and they've got talent as well as just beauty. And I'm so sick of people saying that love is just all a women is fit for, I'm so sick of it!.... But I'm so lonely" "There are some natures to lofty to bend" These lines are by far the most touching
4 sisters representing 4 different life choices of women. There is no right or wrong. They are all equally beautiful and worthwhile.
I've cried over Beth. While others also have talents of their own, Beth is natural at music. Amy even said she was the best of them. And after she get well, Meg got married and left, Jo went to NY, Amy in Paris, she remained for the family. She was the best of them all, and she was the only one who stayed.
“I want to be great, or nothing!” People aren’t talking about that line enough!!!
If this movie were a person, it must be warm, friendly, and huggable
"I want to be great or nothing." I hope I have that kind of confidence to risk everything for something I wanted to achieve. That line gave me goosebumps
“Women, they have minds, and they have souls, as well as just hearts. And they’ve got ambition, and they’ve got talent, as well as beauty, and I’m so sick of people saying that love is just all a woman is fit for. I’m so sick of it!” I felt that.
Production: How many great actors do you need? Casting Director: Yes
It's me or this is one of the most beautiful trailers that one movie ever made?
It hurts more knowing this really happened in real life. I would die to the fact that i heard these words, "I cannot love anyone else, i only love you jo" and then married my sister.
timothée chalamet melt my heart why don’t you
Saoirse Ronan is underrated. How does an actor make you feel that much in 10-15 second clips??
Love how Emma Watson has no fear of not being the main. Respect.
“Just because your dreams are different than mine, doesn’t mean they are unimportant” what a beautiful line 🖤
Saoirse and Timothée have SUCH great chemistry, I'm so excited to see them in a movie together again!!
Talented ladies, Florence Pugh is killing it this year. Emma Watson is slaying my life since the Philosopher's Stone and Saorise doesn't need an introduction.
Jo will always be the best character for me. She's a woman ahead of her times.
As someone who grew up as the oldest in a house of 5 girls, no boys, this movie was amazing. while watching it we could all pinpiont exactly who each of us were. (in order from oldest to youngest) I was Jo, A.M.A. was Meg, Nat was Beth, Lyds was Amy, and Mel got the boy. This movie just made me feel at home.
I mean, you have Meryl Streep, Timothee Chalamet, Saoirse Rona, Emma Watson, Laura Dern, Florence Pugh, and Eliza Scanlen in one film??? This is too much!!!
