Wow! What a relentless pace of innovation.

Stripe checkout is phenomenal, but geared primarily toward e-commerce. Would love to see functionality for non-profits, particularly lacking is a feature to accept recurring donations in donor-selected amounts (without custom coding!).

Great presentation! Really enjoyed it!

How do our institutions get comfortable relying on AI?ā€
Answer: You give them structure.

I’m building public AI tools through housing governance—tools that tenants, landlords, and even lawmakers can use without fear, because they’re guided by policy logic and rights-based frameworks.

AI doesn’t destabilize institutions. Unstructured AI does.
I’m fixing that in housing first.

The response has been incredible:
Tenants are stopping evictions by filing motions, fully instructed by my Tenant Alexis GPT.
They walk out of court, report the outcome to me, and update Tenant Alexis at the same time.

That’s what structured, policy-focused AI can do in the public sector.

Love the new "bank" features. The FX fee's are kinda expensive though compared to something like Wise.
