Wow, he’s the only one I’ve ever heard thank the tradesman that worked on his house. Not just the architect and interior designer, you can’t live comfortably in a house without water and electricity. Such a humble and incredible shout out by Walton.

I remember when this place was for sale near me. I hoped that someone who knew what it was would find it and bring it back to life. How lucky that Walton loved the place. Wonderful.
