I recently stopped taking pre workout because I was getting super anxious and I thought the caffeine was making it worse. Are there pre workouts that don’t worsen anxiety that I can take to feel energised in the morning? Working out without pre is awful 😢

Bro when I stopped drinking coffee I’d get the grossest headache for like an hr everyday at like 2-3 pm…caffeine withdrawal, it’s not heroin but still blows. So I can only imagine what coming off this sht must feel like.
The caffeine mg to weight recommended ratio can be very misleading to an obese person with a not so healthy heart.
DO NOT use pre workout with bad sleep! It screwed me up!
