What is so special about robotics? I feel like everybody talks about blockchain, but I never hear people talk about robotics so I'm surprised to see it dominating search queries.

Pretty funny watching VR spike (to coincide with Half Life: Alyx) and 5G spike with the arrival of Covid. I wonder how "Machine Learning" would trend against AI. Developers would probably search more for the term ML than AI. Suprising about Robotics tho.

It's more areas, not specific technologies. I guess we should watch for name of tools in specific areas to understand rating in that case

I'm stunned how popular robotics was! I mean the Boston Dynamics videos are sexier, but it feels like Big Data, Cyber security, and AI get way more attention. Or video conferencing, or optimizing home networks for WFH - how did those not spike with COVID-19, let alone even register?! I am skeptical of the methodology here.

ok can someone explain to me how the number of monthly search queries changes within the month? Like for jul 2021 it starts at 8.518m and ends up at 8.528m?
